My name is Harris Gruman, a Tampa native who has been surrounded by real estate for as long as I can remember. I grew up spending weekends touring my family’s rental properties, learning how the market worked, and watching how the right investment could change someone’s future. Those early experiences shaped who I am and set the foundation for the career I have today.

After college, I began working as a real estate agent and eventually moved into property management with a well respected company. Later, I joined Realnet Florida Real Estate where I had the chance to expand my skills even further and understand the industry from every angle.

Today, I run Haven Homes, which is a full service property management business where I handle everything from long term rentals to mid term and vacation stays. My goal is to make things completely hands off for property owners while protecting their investments and helping them get the most out of their homes.

People who work with me know that I value transparency. I do not hide issues and I never push a sale for the sake of earning a commission. I believe the right property should bring confidence and peace of mind, not stress or uncertainty.
